GUEST RATIO: 10 children. There is an extra $10.00 charge for each child exceeding 10 guests, with a maximum amount of 20 children total, including the host child.
Deposit & Fees:
- $275 for 1.5 hours of Private Open Gym Time!
- $50 deposit to hold your scheduled time slot.
- The remaining balance is due no later than 2 weeks before the day of the event or your party may be
canceled without notice. If you need to reschedule
your party, the balance is transferred to the new
date.
CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel please call a minimum of two weeks before your party to receive a refund minus your $50 deposit. If you cancel less than 2 week before your party you will be granted a 50% refund off the cost of your party.

Please Note:

ALL participants are required to sign in/fill out the safety waiver prior to participation.

Parents of Guests are encouraged to sign children in and leave and take some child-free "me time"

Parents of children who are not potty-trained are required stay in the facility to help their children use the bathroom when needed.

Parents are there to CHAPERONE ONLY and MAY NOT play on equipment (For insurance reasons - See our ADULT OPEN GYMS if you are interested in using our equipment :)

No Alcohol is allowed on the premises.

All parties that stay later than their allotted time will be charged an additional $1 per minute their party goes over-time.

Families that fail to adhere to our policies may be charged up to $200 as a penalty for not following our rules.
