Girls Team Information

Read This Page BEFORE Considering Team!

We are thrilled that you're considering joining our girls' gymnastics team! We want to ensure that all families understand and are aware of the time and financial commitments involved.

Time Commitments

PRACTICES:  Gymnasts in our team programs practice each week for a minimum of two hours, twice per week. As athletes progress in skill and level, their practice time increases to more days and hours. Gymnasts in our top competitive levels practice 3 hours per day, 5-6 days per week.

GYMNASTICS SEASON:  Team is a year-round sport, and each season, whether it is competition season or not, is important to the development of the athletes and their progression.  Unlike other sports, where athletes can take time off during the "off season" - gymnasts taking time off is detrimental to their development and safety, as their skills and strength continuously build off each other.

COMPETITIONS:  Team athletes participate in 5-8 competitions each year throughout the state during the months of September through December.

Financial Commitments

TUITION & REGISTRATION FEES:  Tuition at our lower levels is roughly $245 per month, along with an annual team registration fee of $140.  As athletes progress in the levels, and their practice times increase, the monthly tuition increases, though the price per hour decreases. The annual team registration fee is only withdrawn once per year, on June 1st. Team tuition is withdrawn on the the 25th of each month. This means that your billing cycle will change from the 1st of the month to the 25th of the month. This change will go into effect immediately upon joining the team. You will be charged on February 25th for your March tuition.

COMPETITION FEES:  Team gymnasts compete in 5-8 competitions per season.  Each competition entry fee is roughly $100 per competition and is due a few months in advance.  After the competition, coaches fees for each session and travel are divided amongst the participating athletes and charged to each family's account.  There is also a one time annual membership fee to USA Gymnastics that is required in order for athletes to be able to register for competitions.

UNIFORM FEES:  Gymnasts are required to wear a team uniform while competing. For girls, it is a competition leotard, warm-up jacket, solid black leggings, and a gym bag as well. Only Infinite bags will be allowed on the competition floor. Total uniform cost ranges from $250-$500 depending on the level. Leotards will be used for a minimum of 2 years.
